6 March 2025: Bulk Mail Claim Limited was authorised by the Competition Appeal Tribunal to act as the class representative and to continue the collective proceedings on an opt-out basis claiming damages for loss suffered by the class. See the Collective Proceedings Order (“CPO”) here.
3-4 March 2025: Bulk Mail Claim Limited’s Collective Proceedings Order application was heard. The hearing was held to determine whether Bulk Mail Claim Limited would be allowed to continue with the collective proceedings.
31 January 2025: Deadline for lodging objections to the Collective Proceedings Order (“CPO”) application and/or seeking permission to make oral observations at the CPO application hearing.
