BULK MAIL CLAIM

You MUST Opt-In to the Claim if your business was domiciled OUTSIDE THE UK as at 29 May 2024 (even if they were before that date) and YOU WISH TO BE PART OF THE CLASS SEEKING DAMAGES against International Distribution Services PLC (Formerly Royal Mail PLC).

You may also opt in to the claim by completing this Opt-In Form. By submitting your request either online or by using the form, you are requesting your business to opt-in to the Bulk Mail Claim. This means you will be included within the class Bulk Mail Claim Limited represents against International Distribution Services PLC (Formerly Royal Mail PLC). By opting-in, you may be entitled to receive any money which may become available once the Bulk Mail Claim is concluded.

To be valid, your Opt-In request must be received by 5 June 2025.

Please note that once you have completed and submitted your Opt-In request, you do not need to take any further action at this time. Once your Opt-In request is received, you will be sent an acknowledgement by email.

Please note: If your business was domiciled in the UK on 29 May 2024 and it falls within the class, you do not need to opt-in; you are automatically part of the class. You can read about the class member criteria set out in FAQ 12.
